In our U.S. locations, we operate on a hybrid work model with three in-office days and two remote days per week. Starting Q1 2025, we will transition to a four-day in-office schedule, Monday–Thursday. This in-office time fosters creativity, innovation, communication, and stronger team relationships, supporting both individual and organizational success.

 

Opportunity at a Glance

Reporting through academics this position is responsible for leading and supporting assessment operations for university programs.  The Senior Manager will provide direct oversight of assessments to promote NCLEX, licensure, and academic success while connecting the program colleagues to national academic resources. This position is a primary assessment liaison for academic leaders and faculty. Additionally, this position is responsible for successful assessment strategies across university programs. 

Responsibilities

•   Manage and support assessments across university programs. 

• Develop and manage assessment training plans for faculty and academic leaders. 

• Provide leadership and guidance to university program academic leaders and faculty related to assessment. 

• Analyze multiple data sources related to assessments and interprets and synthesizes data to lead appropriate improvements. 

• Lead or collaborate on assessment committees.  

• In collaboration with the Dean, Assessment, develop and provide training related to assessment to new Academic Leaders and faculty. 

• Identify and lead large scale process improvement efforts and process changes in the delivery of assessments across university programs. 

• Maintain expertise in regulatory and compliance trends that impact assessments and make recommendations for change. 

• Provide guidance to new academic leaders in the management of their faculty and academic support colleagues related to assessments. 

• Ensure that all college communications related to assessments is accurate and timely. 

• Oversee assessment training that is delivered to colleagues to maintain consistency, compliance and to meet the needs of the organization. 

• Develop continuous improvement plans related to training, policy, and best practices for academic colleagues. 

• Liaison with Operations and the PDCD team to assure for alignment and accountability of  university program assessment strategies. 

• Completes other duties as assigned. 

• Master’s Degree required, Doctorate preferred 

• Current, unencumbered nursing licensure required 

• 5-10 years in nursing education including assessment and project management responsibilities. 

• Knowledge of regulations related to higher education including Title IV, academic policies, auditing procedures. 

• Ability to influence peers, superiors and indirect reports in a matrix organization. 

• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to change. 

• Ability to lead change. 

• Communication skills, aptitude for working in multiple software systems. 

• Travel as needed

In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $80336.75 and $140851.54. Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
