In our U.S. locations, we operate on a hybrid work model with three in-office days and two remote days per week. Starting Q1 2025, we will transition to a four-day in-office schedule, Monday–Thursday. Job Description

Provides university support in investigating academic integrity infractions and monitoring electronic resources for Chamberlain University content to protect the institution's academic quality and proprietary information. This position will work with the student affairs staff, academic quality team, university leadership, and corporate counsel in the enforcement of university code of conduct policies and the protection of the university's copyrighted materials.  This position will support the processing of academic integrity infractions by capturing and processing digital evidence, and will monitor external sites for potential infractions. In addition, this individual will work with corporate counsel on processing takedown requests for violations of the university's copyright.  Successful candidates must demonstrate a deep commitment to ethics and integrity.  Position reports to Director, Student Affairs. 

• Support the enforcement of the university academic integrity policy through the gathering and processing of digital evidence, including the review of exam monitoring videos and audit logs, ensuring confidentiality, and provide recommendations and findings to student affairs colleagues managing the case. 

• Complete assessment security audits and inform Academic Quality team and program leaders of findings. 

• In collaboration with the Academic Quality team and general counsel, identify violations of the institution's copyrighted material and process takedown requests. 

• Advise the Director, Student Affairs and other key leaders on serious situations and unusual cases related to the institution's academic integrity policy. 

• Consult with other university departments related to copyright and academic integrity investigations. 

• Participate in hearing panels to present and discuss evidence. 

• Create process consistency for colleagues and students, and provide communication that keeps all informed. 

• Support communication campaigns that educates the university community on the importance of academic integrity and the avoidance of copyright infringement. 

• Provide training and support to leadership, staff, and faculty, on common sites and applications that enable cheating. 

• Support the intake, investigation, and resolution of student code of conduct cases in the institution's conduct management system, including academic integrity and professional conduct cases in collaboration with various academic program partners. 

• Performs other duties as assigned 

• Complies with all policies and standards 


Qualifications

Education Level:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems (Required)
  • Master's Degree in Information Systems, Education, or Law (Preferred)

Minimum Experience:

  • 3+ years of higher education experience, including:
    • Student affairs
    • Higher education operations
    • University systems and data (Required)
  • A background or experience in managing academic integrity processes. 
  • Must have strong verbal communication and presentation skills. 
  • PC skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel (required).  Knowledge of Simplicity-Advocate or Maxient (preferred). 
  • Proficiency in using digital tools and technologies for evidence gathering and analysis, included experience with assessment platforms (such as Examsoft). 
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity systems, processes, and protocols. 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously. 
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information with discretion. 

Additional Information

In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $61720.78 and $108334.92. Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
