AEDT Notice (NYC Jobs)
Adtalem Global Education (Adtalem) may use an automated employment decision tool (AEDT or tool) that uses artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies to process applications for employment. Adtalem uses AEDT to recommend or highlight candidates for consideration thereby easing the burden on its Talent Acquisition (TA) team or hiring managers, and focusing their search. Ultimately, all hiring decisions are made by a hiring manager with the support of, and input from, a member of TA or Human Resources.
Your information will be used by Adtalem only for the purposes of carrying out its application and recruitment process. As part of this process, Adtalem retains data, including personal information, for as long as is reasonably necessary for the use of the tool. In the event you are hired for the position to which you are applying, your data may become part of your employment records.
