You'll help communicate our strategic initiatives and "Growth with Purpose" agenda in ways that inspire and align our teams. This role focuses on making complex strategic concepts accessible and engaging for employees while building excitement around our mission-driven growth. Perfect for someone who loves translating strategy into compelling stories.

What You'll Do: Focus on strategic communications and Growth with Purpose messaging to help employees understand and connect with organizational direction. You'll translate complex strategic initiatives into engaging, accessible communications that build alignment and enthusiasm.


Responsibilities

  • Develop communications for strategic initiatives and Growth with Purpose programs
  • Create content that helps employees understand and connect with organizational strategy
  • Support leadership communications around strategic direction and mission-driven goals
  • Collaborate with strategy teams to translate complex concepts into accessible messaging
  • Help measure and communicate progress on strategic initiatives
  • Support internal campaigns that build excitement around our mission and values
  • Performs other duties as assigned
  • Complies with all policies and standards

Qualifications

Experience Required

  • 5+ years of experience in strategic communications, change communications, or corporate strategy
  • Background in translating complex business strategies into employee-focused communications
  • Experience supporting organizational transformation or strategic initiative rollouts
  • Familiarity with sustainability, social impact, or purpose-driven communications
  • Experience creating content for leadership communications and strategic messaging
  • Higher education, healthcare, or mission-driven organization experience preferred

Skills

  • Strategic thinking with ability to understand and communicate complex business concepts
  • Excellent writing and storytelling abilities for diverse internal audiences
  • Change communications expertise with understanding of employee psychology
  • Analytical skills for measuring strategy communications effectiveness
  • Collaborative approach with ability to work closely with strategy and leadership teams
  • Proficiency in presentation tools, content creation software, and internal communications platforms

Additional Information

In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $72,000 and $125,000. Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
