Job Description

Opportunity at a Glance

Quick Overview: You're our data detective who turns communications metrics into actionable insights that help us do better work. This role combines analytical expertise with communications knowledge to measure what's working and identify opportunities for improvement. Perfect for someone who loves digging into data and translating numbers into strategic recommendations. 

What You'll Do: Lead performance measurement and analytics for communications functions to drive data-informed decision making. You'll analyze communications effectiveness across channels while providing insights that help optimize strategies and demonstrate impact. 

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement analytics frameworks for communications performance measurement
  • Track and analyze communications effectiveness across multiple channels and initiatives 
  • Create reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights for communications teams 
  • Support strategic decision making through data analysis and performance insights 
  • Collaborate with teams to establish KPIs and measurement strategies 
  • Identify trends and opportunities for communications optimization through data analysis 
  • Performs other duties as assigned
  • Complies with all policies and standards

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree required 
  • 5+ years years of experience in data analysis, marketing analytics, or communications measurement required
  • Proven experience developing analytics frameworks and performance measurement systems 
  • Background in communications effectiveness measurement, digital analytics, or market research 
  • Experience with analytics tools, dashboard creation, and data visualization 
  • Familiarity with communications channels and understanding of marketing/communications metrics 
  • Higher education, healthcare, or professional services analytics experience preferred 
  • Advanced analytical and statistical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools 
  • Expertise in analytics platforms (Google Analytics, social media analytics, CRM analytics) 
  • Data visualization and dashboard creation abilities (Tableau, Power BI, etc.) 
  • Strong communication skills for translating data insights into actionable recommendations 
  • Understanding of communications and marketing principles to provide relevant analysis 
  • Attention to detail with commitment to data accuracy and quality 

Additional Information

In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $77766 and $140752.50. Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
