Job Description
Duties: Adtalem Global Education Inc. seeks a Sr. Analyst, Quality Assurance in Chicago, IL to work closely with the product owners, designers, developers during all aspects of the creation of Salesforce.com applications. Review user stories and documentation. Write and execute SOQL queries (Salesforce Object Query Language). Integration testing using web services API. Participate in test planning, test development, test automation, test execution, regression testing and resolving defects. Create, execute, and review test cases and test scripts for new software development. Verify, report, and track defects found in testing. Work closely with developers in defect resolution. Assist IT developers/Administrators to troubleshoot issues. Will utilize Salesforce.com Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Administration, and Development. Up to 100% telecommuting permitted.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field plus 5 progressive years of Salesforce software quality assurance analysis and testing experience.
- Must have 5 years of experience with: (1) large/complex development and maintenance projects; (2) Salesforce applications, including test planning, strategy, and approach, defect and test case management tools, and SOQL queries; (3) SCRUM and Agile development methodology; (4) enterprise level applications; and (5) database and integration testing experience. Must be certified in Salesforce.com Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Administration, and Development

Additional Information
In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $109,408 - $124,230.Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
