Job Description

Opportunity at a Glance
We're seeking a high-impact Manager of HR Transformation to own and drive a portfolio of strategic HR initiatives across our organization, reporting to the Senior Director, Organizational Health and HR. This role requires an exceptional leader who can translate strategy into action through flawless execution, cross-functional coordination, and a strong ownership mindset. The Manager's portfolio of initiatives will focus on Organizational health, employee engagement, and change management, as well as various initiatives related to transforming HR technology, business processes and systems.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of strategic transformation initiatives with full ownership of outcomes
  • Build and manage comprehensive project plans with clear milestones, deliverables, and timelines
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and drive execution
  • Develop and maintain robust tracking mechanisms to monitor progress and identify risks early
  • Facilitate effective decision-making by structuring problems clearly and presenting data-driven insights
  • Communicate project status, risks, and outcomes to senior stakeholders with clarity and confidence
  • Identify and proactively mitigate risks and roadblocks to project success
  • Foster collaborative relationships across the organization to drive consensus and overcome resistance
  • Performs other duties as assigned
  • Complies with all policies and standards

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field Required
  • Master's Degree Preferred
  • 5+ years project management experience required or 
  • 2+ years project management experience if former management consultant Required and
  • 2+ years experience building stakeholder relationships and influencing without direct authority Required
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to break down complex challenges into actionable steps
  • Strong project management capabilities with demonstrated experience delivering cross-functional initiatives
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with ability to tailor messaging to different audiences
  • Data-driven approach to decision-making and progress tracking
  • Takes complete ownership of initiatives, from conception through execution to results
  • Thrives in ambiguous situations and can create structure amid complexity
  • Balances strategic thinking with pragmatic execution
  • Demonstrates resilience and adaptability when facing obstacles
  • Shows exceptional attention to detail while maintaining big-picture perspective
  • Brings energy and positive influence to teams they lead

Additional Information

In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $70,696.00 and $127,957.00. Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
