Job Description

Opportunity at a Glance

The Change Enablement Manager will drive and accelerate the adoption and benefits of technology-enabled transformation. The Change Enablement Manager is responsible for leading change management activities across Adtalem Global Education's institutions and functional areas, embracing and promoting Agile and Portfolio Management principles, driving continuous process improvement, and contributing to building a business culture that can successfully absorb on-going change and improvement to both our student and colleague digital experiences.


Responsibilities

  • Drive change management activities for technology changes with high impact and complexity.
  • Tailor change plans and mitigation strategies based on stakeholder and impact analysis.
  • Develop comprehensive Engagement Plans that strategically align communication, training, leader and change agent activities across all levels of the organization.
  • Lead and/or support Impact Analysis meetings and/or follow up with participants from the meetings.
  • Partner with training counterparts to influence the design and tone of training to enable them to design and deliver training to employees.
  • Work with business leaders and change agents to co-create mitigation plans.
  • Facilitate both group and one-on-one coaching with business change leads as needed.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Complies with all policies and standards.

 


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Organizational Psychology, or related field required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in change management, program management, or related discipline required.
  • Familiarity with Organizational Change and Digital Transformation concepts and best practices.
  • Proven ability to manage digital change initiatives and shape how the stakeholders at multiple levels are engaged in the change.
  • Ability to work independently on multiple projects simultaneously and engaging supervisor as needed.
  • Keen attention to detail and complex problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to put our existing templates, tools, and methods into action, while also remaining critical, prescriptive, and creative on every project.
  • Comfort within consulting and navigating key relationships. Strong ability to exercise informal influence, inspire action from others, and practicing of the concept ‘Leading Up’.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with technical or IT process and business owners. Skill is translating complex and technical information into accessible language.
  • Self-motivated and willing to take ownership of, and quickly resolve, complex issues.
  • Ability to apply change management methodologies including Prosci/ADKAR.
  • Familiar with Agile and the integration of change management best practice to into both MVP/incremental changes and big bang implementations.

Additional Information

In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $68,637 and $124,230. Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
