As Chief of Staff, you will be a key driver of strategy and execution for our Medical & Veterinary (MedVet) vertical, which includes Ross University School of Medicine, American University of the Caribbean School of Medicine, and Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine.
This high-visibility, rotational role offers a unique opportunity to gain deep organizational insights, influence decision-making, and position yourself for future leadership within Adtalem.
What You’ll Do
As the right hand to the President of MedVet, you will:
- Lead Strategic Initiatives – Drive key priorities, special projects, and organizational transformation efforts.
- Partner with Senior Leadership – Work closely with executive leaders across Adtalem to align goals, track progress, and ensure execution.
- Facilitate Decision-Making – Prepare board materials, executive updates, and key communications that shape business direction.
- Manage High-Stakes Meetings – Represent the President, ensuring productive discussions and clear outcomes.
- Drive Data-Driven Impact – Build dashboards, analyze trends, and provide strategic recommendations to enhance performance.
- Cultivate Partnerships – Support business development efforts, including potential partnerships and growth opportunities.
Who You Are
We’re looking for a strategic, analytical, and execution-focused leader with:
- A consulting background – Experience in strategy, transformation, or business development (Big 4, top-tier consulting preferred).
- 12+ years of experience in project management, leadership, and working with C-suite executives in complex environments.]
- Exceptional communication & influence – Ability to craft executive-level presentations and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Problem-solving & agility – Quick-thinking, solutions-oriented, and capable of navigating a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
- A future leader mindset – A high-potential professional eager to grow into broader leadership roles within Adtalem.

In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $165,000 and $275,000. Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
