Job Description

Opportunity at a Glance
This role will provide leadership, direction and coordination for a team of Systems Analysts, supporting maintenance and continuous improvement development of systems including Salesforce b2b, Complio, and more. Additionally, leads and coordinates compliance team, providing regular audits, systems integrations, as well as and reporting and analytics (leveraging telephony, Power BI and all available analytics tools) to support clinical operations and student compliance. This colleague will provide hands-on systems and analytics leadership and collaboration with key stakeholders to ensure delivery of business systems enhancements and process improvements, to support the operations for the Adtalem institutions and companies. 

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for managing and developing staff as they are directing daily operations of the business systems and workforce / data analysts. 
  • Responsible for ensuring key business systems align with current business process, healthcare compliance and organizational need. 
  • Serves as primary liaison within Shared Operations Center of Excellence, IT, RA and institutions in regard to key functional system enhancements and system configuration. 
  • Design, develop and implement processes for backup, recovery and cloning of databases - including Disaster Recovery initiatives. 
  • Proactively monitor and optimize system performance including development of internal automated reporting and processes as well as interaction with IT to proactively and quickly identify and resolve issues as they arise. 
  • Complete scripting and/or automation of common, repeatable tasks across the spectrum of supported processes, products and technologies. 
  • Leads the planning of service requests, implementation steps, corrective actions, upgrade recommendations and optimization steps for systems including Complio, Banner, Salesforce, eFax and any other technologies and products. 
  • Leads and develops workforce management and analytics team to provide routine and day to day forecasting, scheduling and reporting support to all partners as well as ensuring alignment to partner needs and expanding services as requested. 
  • Leverages and develops data analytics skills within all systems and workforce analysts to expand offering of reporting / analysis services for all CU clinical operations and institutional partners as needed. 
  • Provides leadership to promote and maintain integrity and accuracy of the various reporting from functional systems. 
  • Submits routine reports to VP and Sr Leadership of CU clinical operations on functional system enhancements, both internally supported and in partnership with IT. 
  • Coordinates development of SOP/ training materials in partnership with SMEs/Training for any new/changed business process flows within key systems. 
  • Establishes service level agreements, SOPs and metrics to measure service delivery and ensures that staff knows and understand their responsibilities, authorities and accountabilities. 
  • Collaborates with business partners and Information Technology personnel to identify business opportunities, requirements 
  • and system development specifications. Coordinates business changes and enhancement requests. 
  • Research reported issues in partnership with SF Ops, packaging, institutional partners and IT, and translate into enhancement as needed. 
  • Ensures communication to all stakeholders occurs throughout planning, implementation, review, as well as for ongoing initiatives to ensure full transparency and awareness of key players. 
  • Creates and manages a labor model that maximizes outcomes and establishes career paths to retain and develop talent. 
  • Develops talent, manages performance and delivers performance evaluations, while embracing and modeling the organization's TEACH values. 
  • Actively participates in management meetings, activities and assignments. 
  • Travels as needed 
  • Completes other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science / Analytics, related field, Required or equivalent industry experience Required and
  • Master's Degree Preferred
  • 5 years leadership experience overseeing multiple functions. Required and
  • Experience in managing and improving business systems including Banner Financial Aid & Student Accounts, ProSAM, TouchNet, inContact, Salesforce and/or other Financial Aid Management and Workforce Management / Analytics systems Required and
  • Experience managing large projects, creating and defining complex operational processes and procedures. Required and
  • Proficiency in CX1 Chat Integrations with Salesforce is highly desirable and
  • Strong background in utilizing Power BI for creating insightful dashboards is preferred and
  • Experience with Banner, Salesforce, and Complio systems is preferred and
  • Experience working in Title IV regulated environment Required and
  • Data analytics experience Preferred and
  • Workforce management or contact center leadership experience Preferred
  • Candidates must possess hands-on and versatile leadership qualities and the ability to manage change in a fast-paced environment.
  • The ability to manage, motivate and develop staff is required.
  • Candidates should possess excellent communication, inter-personal skills and demonstrate the ability to foster collaboration across diverse groups of constituents, including students, institutional partners, internal management, IT system developers, vendors and other staff.
  • Candidates must have strong analytical project management and organizational skills around business process improvements, change management and systems improvements.
  • Ability to work in a high-pressure environment.
  • Ability to express technical information to a broad group of people.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to develop staff in various environments.

Additional Information

In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $80,336.75 and $140,851.54. Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
