Job Description

Opportunity at a Glance

You're the bridge between HR and our employees, making sure important people-related information gets shared in ways that actually connect and engage. This role is all about creating communications that help our colleagues feel valued, informed, and excited about their work. Great for someone who loves employee-focused storytelling and engagement initiatives.

What You'll Do: Focus on HR-related communications and colleague engagement initiatives to enhance employee experience and organizational culture. You'll create compelling content that helps employees stay connected to company goals and feel valued in their contributions.

Responsibilities

  • Develop HR communications that enhance employee experience and engagement
  • Create content for colleague engagement initiatives and culture-building programs
  • Partner with HR teams to communicate policies, benefits, and organizational updates
  • Support internal events and recognition programs through strategic communications
  • Measure employee engagement and communication effectiveness
  • Help develop internal newsletters, announcements, and employee-focused content
  • Performs other duties as assigned
  • Complies with all policies and standards

Qualifications

Experience Required

  • 5+ years of experience in HR communications, internal communications, or employee engagement
  • Background in developing content for HR initiatives, benefits communications, or employee programs
  • Experience with employee engagement measurement and improvement initiatives
  • Familiarity with HR processes, policies, and employee lifecycle communications
  • Experience supporting internal events, recognition programs, or culture initiatives
  • Higher education, healthcare, or corporate environment experience preferred

Skills

  • Strong writing and content creation skills with focus on employee-centric messaging
  • Understanding of HR practices and employee experience principles
  • Event planning and program support capabilities
  • Basic analytics skills for measuring engagement and communications effectiveness
  • Collaborative approach with ability to work closely with HR business partners
  • Proficiency in internal communications tools, content management systems, and design platforms

Additional Information

In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $72,000 and $125,000. Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
