Job Description

The System Administrator is responsible for coordinating all aspects Adtalem's Med/Vet enterprise systems ensuring all system administration activities are completed. Scope of work will be varied but will focus on supporting the multiple organizations utilizing the applications. The Systems Administrator is an exceptionally strong analytical thinker who can demonstrate teamwork, relationship building, and the ability to influence at multiple levels of the organization. They thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment and are flexible, detail-oriented, and passionate about students and the student experience. They must also be comfortable working with numerous stakeholders across the organization and globally in a highly competitive and at times ambiguous environment. The Systems Administrator will have deep experience across enrollment to support all three ATGE Medical and Veterinary Institutions, as well as defining systems and processes to support a high growth enrollment organization. They will be able to juggle competing projects, define and execute against roadmaps to support the Med/Vet programs, and to solve complex problems. This person will work closely with enrollment leaders, marketing, finance, HR, talent, legal and other ATGE business partner teams.

Responsibilities

  • Identify improvement opportunities while displaying creativity, drive, and a pragmatic approach to problem-solving.
  • Produces compelling, accurate reports to track performance, velocity, and enrollment opportunity for key stakeholders.
  • Creates and maintains all enrollment scorecards and dashboards for recruitment and enrollment activities.
  • Produces reporting deliverables that leverage compelling data visualization and story-driven approach.
  • Analyzes data, generates updates, tracks activities and KPIs through scorecards and dashboards as assigned to each enrollment team and agent. Collaborates with enrollment leaders and support initiatives that drive new enrollment growth and achieve new enrollment goals.
  • Monitors Bot functionality; creates and maintains course equivalency table.
  • Work closely with business teams to understand business processes and translate those processes into application workflows.
  • Generate and provide training and training documentation as needed for multiple personnel, faculty, students, and help desk personnel.
  • Research, diagnose, troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve customer issues related to application use, design and configuration.
  • Assist with implementation testing and projects.
  • Manage the development of knowledge base tools, processes, and workflows.
  • Definition and creation of business rules.
  • Incident monitoring and reporting.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Complies with all policies and standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent practical experience Required.
  • 3+ years of IT System Administration experience Preferred.
  • 3+ years Experience gathering business requirements Preferred.
  • Excellent oral/written communications skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment with multiple organizations.
  • Knowledge in Microsoft windows and Office products.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Working knowledge of web base technologies Desired.

Additional Information

In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $53,520.9 and $80,000.00. Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
