We operate on a hybrid schedule with four in-office days per week (Monday–Thursday). This approach enhances creativity, innovation, communication, and relationship-building, fostering a dynamic and collaborative work environment.
Chamberlain University is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Admissions / Enrollment Representative to join our team in Lisle, IL. As an Enrollment Representative, you will play a crucial role in guiding prospective students through the enrollment process, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting our mission to transform healthcare education.
- Proactively contact and respond to prospective students via phone, email, and text messages, utilizing effective contact strategies
- Assess and qualify prospective students through interviews to determine if our programs align with their academic and professional goals
- Guide applicants through the enrollment process, collaborating with other departments to ensure positive application progression and student satisfaction
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students in a high-volume environment
- Remain compliant with university standards and policies while operating in a student-centric manner
- Adapt quickly to changes and implement updates efficiently
- Work collaboratively in a team environment to support new student enrollment goals
- Represent Chamberlain's culture of care and embody our TEACH values (Teamwork, Energy, Accountability, Community, Heart) in all interactions
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with diverse individuals
- Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office programs
- Experience in customer service or sales preferred
- Ability to prioritize tasks and multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated eagerness to learn, retain, and implement new information
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
- Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including some evenings and weekends, to accommodate student and organizational needs
- Access to a designated work-from-home office space with reliable high-speed internet
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
- Empathetic approach to understanding and addressing student concerns
- Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving enrollment targets
Working Hours:
- On-site: 2 days per week, 8:00AM – 5:00PM
- Remote: 2 days per week, 10:00AM - 7:00PM/11:00AM - 8:00PM
- Fridays: Remote, 8:00AM – 5:00PM

In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $21.83 and $26.4
