Job Description

Opportunity at a Glance
Under minimal supervision, the Manager, Enrollment will manage, coach and help to develop their enrollment team. They will be charged with meeting and exceeding enrollment budgets. They will also help with the interviewing and hiring process of new enrollment team members. They will work with the manager of enrollment development to ensure the highest level of performance is achieved from their team. They will have the authority to initiate disciplinary action for non-performers as well as rewarding those that perform. They will execute performance reviews for each advisor and team lead on their team.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily functions of their respective enrollment team.
  • Meet and exceed set enrollment targets on a regular basis.
  • Coach, mentor and help train enrollment advisors.
  • Work with other managers to develop best practices.
  • Perform and execute quarterly reviews and submit annual reviews for approval.
  • Help with the interviewing and hiring of new enrollment staff.
  • Help to develop new strategies for success for enrollment department.
  • Work on assigned committees and teams within the organization.
  • Work with academics in communicating new policies and changes that impact enrollment.
  • Performs other duties as assigned
  • Complies with all policies and standards

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree Bachelor's Degree required. Required
  • At least (4+) four years of work experience in customer service Personal computer skills; working. knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) and some Internet applications.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills Excellent project management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
  • Work well with both customers and co-workers.

Additional Information

In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $68637.22 and $124230.14. Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
