Job Description

In a fast paced, goal-oriented department, the Account Management Analyst will work closely with Department Managers, functional groups, and key stakeholders, to ensure that accuracy and timeliness of data and information in support of high priority projects and daily responsibilities. This position will report directly to the Senior Operations Manager. The individual will also work closely with third party vendors, when necessary. This colleague is charged with being a role model for the organization's TEACH values and fosters a culture of CARE consistent with organization's mission, vision, and purpose.

 

  • Participates in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Financial Payment Gateway and other systems related projects and partners with our product management team to deliver results.
  • Archives and updates process documentation and reports out on any relevant information according to business needs, standards and processes.
  • Completes daily departmental reporting (such as key performance indicators, agency recoveries, internal cash collections and payment plans)
  • Respond to general inquiries, agency disputes from third party agencies, provide statement of account when requested, maintain and report on agency performance etc.
  • Responsible for departmental Salesforce queue, voicemails, TEAMS requests.
  • Reconcile agency payments/recoveries/fees. 
  • Processing vendor invoices and expenses for the Financial Account Management Department
  • Completes other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree Preferred or comparable previous work experience.  
  • Advanced PC skills in Microsoft Office, specifically in Microsoft Excel a must.
  • Must be able to think logically and have analytical abilities to handle and manage complex data or situations.
  • Ability to perform account balance reconciliations with exceptional mathematical skills.  
  • Ability to work independently as well as function as part of a team.
  • Outstanding customer service skills both written and verbal.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication, problem solving, and organizational skills.
  • Self-motivated and willing to take ownership and quickly resolve complex issues.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and ensure project completion.
  • General knowledge of Salesforce and/or Banner a plus.

In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $16.65 and $27.36. Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
