Job Description

Opportunity at a Glance: Adtalem Global Education (NYSE: ATGE) is a global provider of educational services rich with opportunities for growth and offering competitive wages and benefits. We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Web Content Specialist to join our high-performing Website Experience team.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining our website presence and ensuring seamless user experience across all touchpoints. You will collaborate closely with various stakeholders to plan, create, and publish web content, while also managing and optimizing our digital assets.

  • Plan and execute the rollout of new web content, working closely with cross-functional teams to meet tight deadlines.
  • Successfully manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines to deliver error-free results in a fast-paced environment
  • Develop and refine internal workflows for scalable and efficient content publishing.
  • Create and maintain content guidelines that ensure brand voice and tone consistency across the sites.
  • Translate design concepts into actionable content plans that meet business and user needs.
  • Facilitate and publish high-quality content that drives business results, partnering with writers, editors, and designers.
  • Manage and maintain website content using Acquia Drupal, ensuring accuracy and consistency across multiple sites.
  • Conduct regular quality assurance and usability checks to ensure content meets brand and accessibility standards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to implement content updates, enhancements, and new features.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve content-related website issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Document content processes and maintain best practices, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  • Support website performance optimization initiatives, working closely with analytics and development teams.
  • Analyze website performance data to inform content priorities and optimization efforts.

Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, technology, or a related field.
  • One (1) to three (3) years of experience working in a fast-paced agency or marketing team, preferably in a web content or digital marketing role.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in CMS platforms (e.g., AEM, Sitecore, Drupal) and web publishing tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Photoshop).
  • Basic HTML/CSS skills and familiarity with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).
  • Strong attention to detail and quality control, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Data-driven mindset, with experience analyzing performance data to inform content decisions.
  • Flexibility and willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing priorities.

Additional Information

In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $49,199.33 and $88,841.36. Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
