Job Description

Opportunity at a Glance
The position is responsible for the delivery of training and development to achieve the objectives of Adtalem Global Education's Department of Operations Training and Support. This position will deliver initial and ongoing training to Operations and Student Central Colleagues and Managers. Primary duties include implementation, delivery, certification and auditing training programs, as well as working with location Managers to build and maintain training plans for their respective teams. 

Responsibilities

  • Delivers Regulatory Affairs New Hire training on a monthly basis.
  • Works independently to develop and implement training services in a variety of formats for corporate users and campuses/centers.
  • Study, review and assess the needs of the user community (Marketing, DEM, Financial Aid, Academic Affairs, Student Service, Career Services, and Student Central).
  • Design, develop and deliver training material in multiple formats including CBT, Webinars and instructor led materials across Adtalem Global Education University.  Training materials will be specific to the following areas: Marketing, DEM, Financial Aid, Student billing and AR, Academic Affair (including class scheduling, academic advising, registration, and faculty management, registrar services), Student Services, Career Services, and Student Central.
  • Analyze and interpret user requirements, technical specification and application features and functions and translate into appropriate training formats.
  • Assist Managers with the implementation of new programs, processes and procedures.
  • Adheres to laws and regulations governing recruitment activities as well as the Adtalem Global Education Code of business conduct and ethics.
  • Work collaboratively managers and other senior leaders to create/revise training and certification materials.
  • Performs other duties as assigned
  • Complies with all policies and standards

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree Required
  • 3 experience in operations, student central, department of enrollment, career services, or registrar services Required
  • Title IV Policies and Procedures.

Additional Information

In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $47,766.34 and $86,253.75. Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
