Opportunity at a Glance

The position will have a broad understanding of the following infrastrucutre domains with strategic, technical, and operational experience:   - DR (Disaster Recovery) - Infrastructure Risk and compliance - Infrastructure budget/financeand optimization - IT asset management/tracking - IT Infrastructure BRM (Business Relationship Management) The position is involved in the definition, prioritization and support of key initiatives and operational items; along with the ability to translate business requirements into actionable plans, programs, and strategies.  

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of developers responsible for the development and maintenance of the Salesforce CRM platform.
• Collaborate with other departments to understand business requirements and ensure that the Salesforce CRM platform meets those requirements.
• Define and implement technical solutions for complex business problems using the Salesforce platform.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy customizations, integrations, and applications within the Salesforce CRM platform.
• Create and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the Salesforce CRM platform.
• Stay up to date with the latest Salesforce releases and updates and provide guidance on best practices and implementation strategies.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system design documents, data flow diagrams, and process flow diagrams.
• Completes other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in Salesforce development and administration
• 5+ years of experience in managing technical teams.
• Expert knowledge of Salesforce architecture, configuration, customization, and development methodologies.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies
• Experience with Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components
• Experience with integrations between Salesforce and other systems, including REST and SOAP APIs
• Strong understanding of data management and security best practices within Salesforce
• Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience developing capabilities for business as products is a plus.

In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $77996.84 and $140851.54. Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
