Job Description

Opportunity at a Glance

The Senior Manager, Workforce Solutions ("Senior Manager") is part of the Strategic Workforce Solutions team and plays a critically important part in the Adtalem Global Education ("Adtalem") strategy to be the leading provider of professional talent to healthcare and other organizations.

The Senior Manager plans, executes, tracks, and optimizes digital B2B2C campaigns for our partners and their employees regarding education and professional development opportunities at Chamberlain University and Walden University. The Senior Manager collaborates very closely with our team of Talent Solutions Consultants, Strategic Partner Executives, Marketing, Enrollment, Enablement and Operations.

This is a new role reporting directly to the VP Strategic Workforce Solutions and Partnerships. The dynamic, strategic, and analytical professional will shape the role and develop a true impactful center of excellence within the broader organization. The Senior Manager brings to this role deep expertise in B2B and B2B2C go-to-market strategy and execution – ideally in the healthcare or education industry.


Responsibilities

  • Optimize our B2B2C digital go-to-market strategy and execution (including digital campaigns) in coordination with our Talent Solutions Consultants and Strategic Partner Executives teams and leadership, Marketing, Enrollment, Enablement, and Operations. Identify and execute new strategies to expand and improve digital go-to-market and campaign execution, tracking, and results in order to increase awareness amongst our partners and their employees of professional development and educational opportunities at the Adtalem institutions.
  • Develop and implement short-term and long-term strategic and operational plans to achieve desired outcomes, consistent with the mission, vision and values of Adtalem. Implement mitigation actions as needed. Ensure that actions produce the desired results consistent with the plan.
  • Plan, execute, track, and share impact and success of our digital go-to-market and engagement campaigns for our partners and their employees. Optimize on an ongoing basis in collaboration with other teams.
  • Collaborate very closely with our team of Talent Solutions Consultants and Strategic Partner Executives, Marketing, Enrollment, Enablement and Operations
  • Advise Talent Solution Consultants on partner level campaign strategy and execution
  • Drive innovation in our B2B2C digital go-to-market plans, campaign process and execution
  • Work with the Talent Solutions Consultants, Strategic Partner Executives, and Leadership Team, Marketing, Enrollment, Enablement, Operations and other functions to accelerate growth and develop new approaches
  • Provide reports and dashboards that track activity, results, and impacts
  • Network and establish relationships across Adtalem
  • Ensure that all operations are in accordance with all local, state and federal regulations along with the policies and procedures of the organization and institutions.
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree Required
  • 10+ years experience in go-to-market strategy and execution, marketing, sales or new business development positions required
  • Previous experience successfully managing B2B2C or B2B go-to-market, communications or sales programs; and understanding of the healthcare or education industry Required and eCommerce experience preferred
  • Track record of successfully planning, developing, executing, tracking, and optimizing digital B2B2C go-to-market and communication campaigns
  • Excellent collaboration capabilities. Team player, willing to share
  • High motivated self-starter with the ability to work under little supervision
  • High integrity and strong business acumen
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills – must be able to identify overarching issues that should be addressed in order to enable improvements
  • Strong personal presence and communications, consultative and training skills – must be able to work with people of various backgrounds and at various levels
  • Strong organizational and project management skills – must be able to work at a fast pace on many different types of projects, seeing each to completion accurately and successfully; must be able to develop and implement the appropriate solutions for a variety of situations and projects.
  • Proven experience working in Salesforce specifically with campaign data

Additional Information

In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $77,997.00 and $140,851.50. Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
