Job Description

The Enrollment Enablement Marketing Specialist will play a critical role in driving student enrollment by developing and executing marketing strategies that engage prospective students and streamline their journey from awareness to enrollment. This role requires a creative, analytical thinker who can leverage data, content, and digital tools to enhance marketing campaigns and improve the enrollment process.

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to support enrollment goals.
  • Strategize and project manage content and campaigns tailored to prospective students.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align messaging and strategies.
  • Map and test performance data of existing tools, campaigns, application, etc. to optimize engagement and conversion rates.
  • Manage marketing automation tools to nurture prospective student leads.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing efforts and suggest improvements.
  • Quality Management support and collaboration with Enrollment Enablement Operations to support. the execution and implementation of strategic initiatives for the regional sales teams and marketing.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Three (3)plus years of experience in marketing, preferably in the education sector.
  • Proven experience with digital marketing strategies, lead nurturing, and marketing automation platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinker with a strategic mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Knowledge of enrollment processes within education institutions.
  • Familiarity with SEO, SEM, and social media
  • Familiar with AI.

 


Additional Information

In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $49,199.00 and $86,25300. Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
