Job Description

Opportunity at a Glance


The primary purpose of this position is to provide services to the channel marketing team  This includes all print production, collateral sites and customizable sites, maintenance of Aprimo and social media management.

Responsibilities

  • Manage print production for all national and local projects.
  • Responsible for working with vendors, quoting jobs, and executing print runs in a cost effective manner
  • Attend press checks to ensure quality of work.
  • Manage channel social media plan/programs.
  • Generate source codes for all channels.
  • Manage and update all channel collateral and customizable sites and the ordering/management of promotional giveaways.–
  • Develop and maintain Marketing Resource management solution – Aprimo
  • Maintains and oversees distribution of the internal marketing communication bulletins.
  • Generate, build, or automate reports as necessary for teams.
  • Oversees the development of and management of channel inbound and outbound call center services/scripts, SWAW and chat.
  • Manage the upload of new assets into the digital asset library.
  • Periodic maintenance, review and updating of all assets and materials
  • Manage user login, information and access for all users within the system, companywide.
  • Continuously look to improve system functionality and efficiency for end users.
  • Provide training and answer all day-to-day questions from users regarding use of the system and fulfillment of their orders
  • Completes other duties as assigned.
  • Performs other duties as assigned
  • Complies with all policies and standards

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree Required and
  • Business Preferred or
  • Marketing Preferred
  • 2 years’ experience with Aprimo and/or Marketing Studio. Required and
  • 3 years of marketing experience Required
  • Expert knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PPT)
  • Knowledge of creative process and print production technology
  • Ability to work independently at a fast pace
  • Accuracy and accountability for work
  • Must be well organized and detail oriented.
  • Training skills – must be able to convey concepts/processes to others.
  • Produce and deliver reports (written/verbal) on various aspects of job to keep others informed

Additional Information

In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $49,199 and $86,253. Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
