Opportunity at a Glance


The Marketing Manager will be responsible for content management planning, and delivery, including budget management across the brands within Adtalem. This role requires strong cross functional expertise and will include close collaboration with Institutional Marketing, Strategic Work Force Solutions, Events, and other departments to be successful and drive results.

Responsibilities

  • Works with marketing management to drive inquiry and enrollment goals for Adtalem.
  • Supports the events team in the planning and execution of “world class” events.
  • Supports the implementation of the marketing strategy. 
  • Manages the marketing budget for Adtalem Content Marketing. 
  • Develops metrics and measures, analyzes and reports on the effectiveness of marketing activities for Adtalem Content Marketing.
  • Works with faculty, IM, Strategic Work Force Solutions, events, and the content team on the briefing, project management, development and successful completion of Webinars.
  • Uses existing market research to understand competition and demand for drivers. especially as they relate to RTB's.
  • Develops marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and inquires.
  • Works with and provides direction to outside agencies as needed. 
  • Reviews marketing briefs to determine need, priority, and completeness of information and manages projects as necessary with the content, editorial and legal teams.
  • Completes other duties as assigned.
  • Complies with all policies and standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in marketing or a related field required. 
  • 5 years of marketing experience in a corporate marketing or advertising agency environment required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
  • Strong financial acumen.
  • Ability to understand, manage and track marketing budgets.
  • Demonstrated strong communication skills across all business channels.
  • Strong attention to detail and necessary focus on execution, follow up and measurement.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage up and sideways within a large and diverse matrix organization.
  • Action oriented self-starter with ability to drive results.
  • Knowledge of local media preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Internet applications is required.
  • Ability to travel overnight up to 25% of the time.
  • High level of independent work ability.

Additional Information

In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $68,637 and $124,230. Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
