Job Description

The Marketing Collateral Specialist for Adtalem works with Chamberlain University and cross functional teams to drive and support new enrollment growth. This role will be responsible for marketing operations, helping support strategic plan execution and ensure that all marketing materials (Collateral, print production, digital, etc.) align to overall objectives and are executed with high quality.  The role will report to the Director, Marketing.

  • Manage marketing projects to ensure delivery is on time and high quality
  • Works with cross functional teams to drive and support business growth and student experience.
  • Partner with headquarter and campus colleagues to implement plans, events projects.
  • Responsible for working with vendors and agencies, executing projects in a cost-effective manner.
  • Manage and update all channel collateral, customizable sites and the ordering/management of branded items.
  • Help build and maintain product data sources including periodic maintenance, review and updating of assets and materials.
  • Helps maintain Marketing Resource management solution.
  • Coordinates and routes communications through appropriate channels for approvals.
  • Implements and manages assigned communications and marketing tactics as assigned.
  • Responsible for being a brand ambassador across Chamberlain.
  • Generate, build, or automate reports as necessary for team members.
  • Provide training and answer day-to-day questions from users regarding various marketing tools and systems.
  • Completes other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably with a major in Marketing related area.
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in marketing and/or marketing communications.
  • Basic understanding of marketing tactics and project management.
  • Ability to work effectively both as an individual contributor and collaborate with team members and key stakeholders to complete tasks/projects.
  • Knowledge of creative process and production technology.
  • Ability to work independently at a fast pace; a self-starter with demonstrated ability to consistently meet deadlines.
  • Accuracy and accountability for work. 
  • Must be well organized and detail oriented with ability to multi-task.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Additional Information

In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $47,766.34 and $86,253.75. Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
