Opportunity at a Glance

Are you a results-driven recruiting leader with a passion for building strong teams and delivering top talent? We are seeking a Manager of Talent Acquisition to lead and support a high-performing team of recruiters focused on hiring for critical, high-volume roles.

In this role, you will supervise a team of 3-5 recruiters, ensuring best-in-class hiring practices while also managing your own requisition load. You will serve as a hands-on leader, providing tactical guidance, coaching, and mentoring to your team. Reporting to the Director of Talent Acquisition, you will work closely with hiring leaders to execute efficient, effective, and scalable recruitment strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership & Development: Supervise, mentor, and train a team of recruiters, ensuring balanced requisition loads, professional growth, and strong hiring outcomes.
  • Recruitment Execution: Manage full cycle recruiting for assigned roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and facilitating the hiring process.
  • Process Optimization: Ensure consistent use of recruitment tools (ATS, CRM) and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
  • Candidate Pipeline & Sourcing: Develop proactive sourcing strategies and manage talent pipelines to meet hiring needs. Oversee job board postings and recruitment campaigns.
  • Compliance & Background Checks: Conduct initial reviews of background checks and collaborate with leadership and vendors to address any concerns.
  • Collaboration & Partnership: Work closely with hiring managers, HR, and Talent Acquisition leadership to align recruiting efforts with business needs and hiring timelines.
  • Reporting & Data Analysis: Track key recruitment metrics, develop reports, and identify trends to improve hiring outcomes.
  • Project Support: Contribute to talent acquisition projects and initiatives, supporting broader HR and business objectives.
  • Candidate & Hiring Manager Experience: Ensure a seamless and positive experience for all stakeholders throughout the recruitment process.
  • Additional Duties: Complete other responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field required.
  • 5+ years of full cycle recruiting experience, with at least 3 years of supervisory experience leading a recruitment team.
  • Experience recruiting in a high-volume or fast-paced environment required.
  • Strong understanding of sourcing techniques, recruitment marketing, and talent engagement strategies.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong leadership and coaching abilities with a hands-on, solutions-oriented approach.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment technology.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to track, report, and interpret data to drive process improvements.
  • Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and influencing skills.

Additional Information

In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $88,370.00 and $135,847.00. Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
