Are you a highly organized, proactive professional with a passion for keeping things running smoothly? We’re looking for a Campus Operations Coordinator to join our Las Vegas team and support the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of our campus. This role is essential to ensuring a safe, efficient, and welcoming environment for students, faculty, and staff.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily campus operations and serve as the primary point of contact for facility management, including landlords, vendors, and co-located businesses.
- Act as the campus Incident Coordinator, managing emergency preparedness, the SIREN alert system, and business continuity planning.
- Coordinate and support on-campus events and ensure operational compliance with regulatory standards.
- Provide high-level administrative support including drafting correspondence, maintaining calendars, and preparing reports.
- Review records and reports for accuracy and timeliness; identify workflow improvements and implement solutions.
- Serve as a liaison for internal and external inquiries, using discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive matters.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and campus stakeholders.
- Perform other duties as assigned, including responsibilities as a designated Campus Security Authority.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in office management, with a preference for candidates with operations, facilities coordination, or campus administration experience.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with keen attention to detail and a customer-focused mindset.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint); adept at using software to streamline administrative processes.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to develop efficient workflows and solutions.
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to occasionally lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
- Experience in event planning or campus operations is a plus.
In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $17.15 and $28.18. Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
