- Serve on faculty committees and contribute to university initiatives.
- Perform other duties as assigned and comply with all institutional policies and standards.
Who We’re Looking For
We’re seeking dynamic, adaptive educators who:
- Are comfortable teaching in diverse formats (e.g., small groups, digital content, video).
- Embrace technology and innovative teaching methods.
- Are committed to student success and academic excellence.
- Thrive in a collaborative, mission-driven environment.
What You Bring
- A PhD, MD, or equivalent with a specialization in Biochemistry (required)
- 1–3 years of teaching experience in a medical school setting (required)
- Familiarity with USMLE content and exam preparation (preferred)
- A strong interest in medical education and a commitment to continuous growth
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- A flexible, team-oriented mindset and a passion for student success
- Proven teaching ability in relevant subject areas is a plus
- Willingness and ability to relocate to Sint Maarten
