Job Description

Opportunity at a Glance


The HRIS Analyst will play a key role in aligning HR systems and processes with company's strategic goals and objectives. This role will provide exceptional services and support business leaders with data-driven insights to enhance decision-making.

Responsibilities

  • Support various Centers of Excellence (COEs) and stakeholders with their HR systems needs as well as reporting and analytics needs.
  • Research and troubleshoot system-related inquiries according to the established Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Conduct routine data audits to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with data governance policies.
  • Maintain system configurations by updating system rules and tables.
  • Administer Learning Management System (LMS) content, including uploading materials, managing user assignments, and resolving inquiries.
  • Support employee survey administration by compiling responses, analyzing results, and generating key insights.
  • Assist with annual HR processes such as performance management, compensation reviews, and open enrollment by preparing data, conducting audits, and ensuring system readiness.
  • Collaborate with IT and third-party vendors to maintain data consistency across integrated HR systems.
  • Develop and update user guides, job aids, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Participate in system implementation and integration projects to ensure successful launch.
  • Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements to enhance efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations, Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX), and other relevant policies.
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required, with preferred concentration in Management Information Systems (MIS), Human Resources, or related fields Required
  • 2+ years Previous Human Resources and HRIS experience or related Preferred
  • Data analytics skills to collect, cleanse, process, interpret, and visualize data.
  • Knowledge of data modeling, SQL, and relational database management systems (RDBMS)
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (advanced formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.)
  • Analytical skills to research and resolve issues.
  • Self-starter with excellent time management and organization skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

Additional Information

In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $55000.00 and $85000.00. Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
