Chamberlain College of Nursing is excited to announce a career opportunity for an Administrative Coordinator at our North Brunswick, NJ campus. This role encompasses a variety of general office responsibilities and necessitates a fundamental grasp of departmental procedures. Responsibilities:

  • Providing administrative support by drafting correspondence, memos, and reports.
  • Reviewing clerical and personnel records to ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.
  • Compiling activity reports to assist management in decision-making.
  • Researching and developing resources to enhance workflow efficiency.
  • Handling inquiries, including managing challenging calls with discretion and directing them to the appropriate party.
  • Managing calendars for your supervisor and department.
  • Maintaining effective communication with clients and external vendors.
  • Fulfilling additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Associate degree required.
  • Three (3) – five (5) years of prior experience in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, internet applications, and database management software.
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills, with a commitment to consistently following detailed processes.
  • An unwavering work ethic and adherence to the highest ethical standards.
  • Exceptional communication skills, enabling the creation and delivery of well-crafted, persuasive messages to students and colleagues.
  • The willingness and capability to work effectively both independently and as a self-motivated team member, dedicated to achieving personal and team objectives.
  • Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Additional Information

In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $16.65 per hour and $27.36 per hour. Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
